By accessing or using FailedPay, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

FailedPay provides automated payment recovery tools for Stripe-based businesses, including smart retries, email dunning sequences, and analytics dashboards.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration.

4. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase.

5. Limitation of Liability

FailedPay is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
